About KAIRO
KAIRO Automation was founded by three former colleagues with a shared background in industrial automation and a shared vision to build something different.
The company grew from years of experience working with automation systems, machinery, and customers, combined with a strong connection to the industrial environment in Japan. Through these experiences, we saw an opportunity to bring together technology, engineering knowledge, and a different approach to service — adapted to the needs of Malaysian industry.
The name KAIRO comes from the Japanese word 回路 (kairo), meaning “circuit.” The name reflects our roots in engineering and our connection to Japan, while representing the idea of bringing knowledge, technology, and experience together to form something greater.
More Than Technology
At KAIRO Automation, we believe automation is not simply about machines, programming, or technology. Good automation depends on the people who design it, operate it, maintain it, and support it.
Our experience covers robotic systems, industrial automation, control systems, system integration, programming, troubleshooting, and technical support. We have worked with robotic and automation technologies from both established manufacturers and emerging players in the industry, allowing us to approach different systems with flexibility and practical knowledge.
That is why safety is one of our core principles. Safety should not be treated as the responsibility of engineers alone. Everyone working with or around machinery has a role to play. We aim to make safety part of the way we approach engineering, service, and problem solving.
